A windscreen does a lot more than keep the wind out. It braces the roof if the car ever rolls, gives the passenger airbag something to push against, and carries the wipers, sensors and aerials that keep everything working. Fit it badly and you've turned a safety component into a liability — which is exactly why Moreton Bay drivers have brought their glass to us for the best part of 25 years.

We fit the full range: passenger cars, 4x4s, work utes and vans, right through to trucks and heavy machinery. Give us your rego or VIN and we'll match the exact screen your vehicle left the factory with — a base model, or a late one loaded with heating, acoustic glass, rain sensors and a camera bracket. Every screen we fit is safety glass to Australian Standard AS/NZS 2080, bonded in with fast-cure commercial polyurethane.

Most jobs we'll come to you — the driveway at Morayfield, the staff car park at Burpengary, a site out past Wamuran — and the trickier fits we'll book into the Caboolture South workshop. If your car runs a driver-assist camera off the glass, we recalibrate it on the same visit, so there's no second appointment somewhere else just to make the safety gear work.

Glass matched to your build

A base hatchback screen and a sensor-packed SUV screen are worlds apart in both price and fitment. We pin down the exact glass for your vehicle — heating, acoustic interlayer, rain and light sensors, camera bracket and all — so what goes in is what the maker intended.

When you can drive again

A standard fit runs about 45 minutes to an hour. The adhesive we use has a Safe Drive-Away Time of roughly 30 to 60 minutes; your technician gives you the exact figure on the day, and the bond reaches full strength over the next 24 hours.

Fleets, trucks & machinery

Run a fleet or a worksite? We look after work utes, vans, light and heavy trucks, and cut flat laminated glass to size for earthmoving gear and tractors. One call and we'll organise the lot with as little downtime as possible.

One job, no second trip

Where your car runs a windscreen camera, we recalibrate the ADAS on the same visit — so you drive away with the glass fitted and the safety systems reading true, instead of being booked into another workshop next week.

Pricing

We price every replacement off your rego or VIN before a spanner is lifted — clear and up front, with no surprises.

Questions, answered

Still not sure? Call us — we'll talk it through, no pressure.

01 Can you fix my glass at my home or office, or do I have to come to you?

Both. We're a mobile service across Morayfield, Caboolture and the wider Moreton Bay Region — our technicians come to your home, workplace or business fleet yard and carry the trade equipment to do a clean windscreen replacement or chip repair wherever your vehicle is safely parked. You're also welcome at our workshop at 9/30-36 Dickson Rd, Caboolture South.

02 How long does a windscreen replacement take, and when can I drive?

A standard mobile windscreen replacement usually takes 45 to 60 minutes to fit. We use premium, fast-curing structural adhesives with a certified Safe Drive-Away Time of around 30 to 60 minutes after the glass is bonded. Your technician confirms the exact safe drive time on-site before handing back your keys, so you're always compliant with Australian safety standards.

03 Can a small stone chip be repaired, or does the whole windscreen need replacing?

If the chip or star fracture is smaller than a $2 coin and sits at least 5cm from the outer edge of the glass — and isn't in the driver's direct line of sight — it can generally be repaired without removing the windscreen. Our high-vacuum resin injection restores the strength of the glass in under 30 minutes, saving you time and money before the damage spreads in the heat.

04 Will a cracked windscreen pass a Queensland roadworthy inspection?

Generally, any crack that extends into the driver's direct line of sight, or any crack longer than 30mm anywhere on the glass, will fail a Queensland roadworthy (safety certificate) inspection and make the vehicle unroadworthy. Repairing chips early or replacing heavily damaged glass keeps your vehicle compliant and avoids costly fines.
